Not trying to market my car but being a direct owner during my ownership, This car has much more than typical "uncle" Nissan sunny.
I spend few thousand bucks on this car within few month just to make the ride as good as possible.
New quality Paint of car to Pure White 7mths ago, Golden Wheels which already cost more than 1k. The pure white of this car look glossy shine rather than some plastic looking white on some cars.
Sun screen as been applied to windows to reduce UV rays. *looks discreet and cosy at passenger seats
Window visor personally added.
3 keys, with one alarm AUDI FOB keytype. *Cost money*
My car are fully well maintained personally by me. I myself is an extremely clean person, The entire cabin are free from smoke, bacterial and all are detailed by expensive car products use by me. Seats, dash board are all clean and shiny. No sand or dirty booths. sanitizes weekly by Anti-Bactical spray.
This CAR is 100% in regulation to LTA! Just Send in for VICOM Inspection last Mth! And purchased Road TAX of coming MAR-SEPT 2014. That means u get free Road Tax and only pay the remaining 6mths!
Car sending for general servicing with deep cleaning using Liqui Moly Jet Clean Tronic Vehicle Servicing Package & New high quality spark plugs installed! overall improve car performance at its peak. This service already cost more than 300SGD!

I clean my car every 3times a week using high quality product from meguiars, amorall Turtlewax..etc , external/internally.
Engine Filer & Aircon filter are changed and well maintained.
Well maintained clean types which is always shiny and durable. Thanks to my cleaning effort frequently.
My car pick up speed is fast and smooth, unlike people claim about old sunny car.
Visually for unknown reason, my Sunny look much premium and visually bigger, most importantly cleaner than MOST Sunny on the road. Its not those uncle style Sunny.
Added few diy customised items for this car too. *Some items will be taken off before sales*
All in all, if you want a Sunny that look New and last til 03Mar2015, well taken care of... This is the one you will be happy to own.
Just to take note, in-recent, the side right mirror cannot close.. its not a big prob, just leave it open. Maybe its just some loose part, could be repaired easily but totally unnecessary.
Honestly, I never intended to sell of my car til these few days of deep mind thinking... You get everything of my effort, and be a proud owner for another year to come. Nothing to worry about. Its the Best Genuine Deal of a well taken care car during my ownership. Easily last til end of Mar 2015!
